Developer Norfolk Homes has completed the installation of fascias, soffits and cladding in black foiled PVC from Swish Building Products.
The first phase of the 64 unit Manor Reach development in Norwich was completed this summer to create a mix of new homes from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom executive properties.
Featuring windows and Doors from Swish Building Products sister-company, Swish Window and Door Systems, the development also successfully matches the low maintenance roofline products with timber on porch installations.

In addition to black Swish Building Products offers a range of foiled wood grain finishes including cream and Irish Oak, mahogany, rosewood, light oak, and white wood grain.
Ancillary products including cappit board, window board and trims are also available from its foil range, all of which carry the Swish 10-year guarantee.
In addition to innovation in aesthetics, the PVC roofline specialist has also recently joined a handful of companies to have secured the green standard BES6001 meeting a range of strict criteria ensuring responsible sourcing of construction products.
As part of the Code for Sustainable Homes the accreditation means that those developers who select accredited products from Swish can score maximum points for sustainability (tier 1) – a first for a PVC product offer and matching FSC timber specifications.
