‘Can’t Get No Satisfaction?’ Switch to Swish

More than 95 per cent of roofline stockists supplied by Swish Building Products reported the company’s overall performance as ‘good’, ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’, according to a new customer satisfaction survey.

The figures for 2011 show continuing improvement on 2010, when 89 per cent of respondents used the same categories to describe Swish performance.

The independent research study also revealed that product quality was rated as ‘good’ to ‘excellent’ by 99 per cent of respondents.

Dave Watts, Quality Manager, Swish Building Products, said: “We’re committed to the continual improvement of our business and the service we offer to our customers; understanding what we do well and what we could do better is a fundamental part of that process.

“The findings suggest that our customers place value on our product offer, technical and market expertise. We will invest in these strengths throughout the current market challenges, as we did with our recent acquisition of the New BES6001 Responsible Sourcing Standard which helps developers with more materials points under the Code for Sustainable Homes.”

The satisfaction survey was commissioned as part of Swish’s commitment to continual improvement under its ISO 9001 quality management system.

The study also found that if problems did arise, 97 per cent of Swish stockists rated the company’s response and resolution of those issues as ‘good’ to ‘excellent’.

Dave Watts added, “It’s a cliché but you’re only as good as your last delivery. We’re committed to continual improvement. That includes better and more efficient manufacture underpinned with what we believe to be unparalleled service and support, but we recognize that we have to work at it and will continue to do so.”
