Epwin Group is pleased to announce that it has once again featured in the annual Sunday Times Top Track 250 league table, ranking #103. This is the eighth time that the low maintenance building product specialist has been listed out of the nine times the league table has been published.
The annual Top Track 250 league table supplement published on 13th October is the sister publication of Top Track 100, which identifies Britain’s 100 private companies with the biggest sales. The league table ranks the 250 next biggest private companies, provided either sales or operating profits have increased by at least 10% in their latest available accounts. Sales range from £130m to £650m.
Commenting on the group’s ranking Epwin Group chairman, Jim Rawson said: “It is always encouraging to receive acknowledgement such as this. To feature for the eighth time during such a difficult trading period is testament to the core strengths of the group.
“The last few months have seen a distinguishable shift in activity, the pace has really picked up across all of our key sectors; there is a definite feeling of recovery. We have had a number of new product launches this year, with more planned for early 2014. We have used the downturn constructively, taking the time to focus on new product and technology development and improving manufacturing techniques and efficiencies.”
