Spectus Window Systems is to lend its expertise to ‘The Triple Glazing Question – An Industry Forum’. By offering one of the widest ranges of triple glazing solutions currently available, Spectus Window Systems is uniquely placed within the industry to make a positive contribution to the debate.
The event will provide a platform for all sectors of the building and construction industry to engage in an in-depth debate of this ‘hot’ topic, and the Spectus Window Systems team is looking forward to hearing all sides of the argument.
“We feel we can make a significant contribution to the debate,” said Martin Althorpe, technical director at Spectus Window Systems. “The questions regarding triple glazing are many and varied so this is the ideal solution, a seminar providing expertise, advice and hopefully some answers.
“There is still a lot of misunderstanding regarding the benefits and uses of triple glazing so I am looking forward to sharing my views and listening to others opinions, to help provide some consistent answers and add some real substance and fact to the debate. I’m really looking forward to it.”
With many years of experience in the development of its PVC-U systems, in particular its flagship Elite 70 and Elite 63 systems, Spectus has led from the front in its desire to provide cost effective and energy efficient triple glazing solutions. The broad range of products provided by Spectus has meant that the company has been able to make great advances in its triple glazing solutions. The Elite 70 system comes with choices of either 40 or 44mm triple glazing solutions, with the slim line Elite 63 system being available with either 36 or 40mm triple glazing. Spectus was also the first systems company to achieve a 0.8 U-Value in a 70mm system using a 44mm unit with argon filling.
Spectus Window Systems is also supporting the event by exhibiting its triple glazing solutions on stand 6. Visitors will be able to take a closer look at the products available, ask any product related questions, and discuss capabilities and performance with the company’s technical team.
